Project Manager - Client Representative

KinzaHR is seeking a Project Manager to serve as a Client Representative for luxury real estate developments in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that the client's interests are prioritized. Daily responsibilities include coordinating between consultants, contractors, and internal teams, monitoring construction execution for quality and compliance, and managing project timelines and risks. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, along with 12 to 18 years of experience in the construction or real estate sector, specifically in luxury projects such as villas, residential towers, or hotels. A strong understanding of contracts, variations, and commercial controls is essential, as well as leadership and stakeholder management skills. UAE experience is mandatory, and PMP certification is preferred. The position is intended for senior project managers looking to transition to a client-side role or those already experienced in client-side project management.
