Employment and Job Placement Specialist

Armenian Progressive Youth (APY) is seeking an Employment and Job Placement Specialist to assist individuals displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh in finding sustainable employment. The role involves daily tasks such as identifying job opportunities, engaging with employers across various sectors, and facilitating recruitment processes. The specialist will assess the qualifications and preferences of beneficiaries, helping them prepare CVs and applications, and organizing interviews with potential employers. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for securing job placements and addressing any barriers to employment. Candidates should have proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or related fields, along with a solid understanding of Armenia's labor market and recruitment practices. The position is full-time and fixed-term, based in Yerevan, Armenia.
