Implementation Consultant - Americas

Ashby is seeking an Implementation Consultant for its Americas region, with the position being fully remote. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the technical configuration for a specific group of new customers. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with an Implementation Specialist to confirm customer requirements and leading the tailored configuration of the platform's features. Once the initial setup is complete, you will create and implement a testing plan prior to the go-live phase, as well as document the final configuration choices for future reference and optimization. The position is suited for individuals early in their implementation or customer-facing careers who are eager to learn and develop expertise in a complex software product. Candidates should have experience with complex SaaS implementation and project management, including executing project plans and communicating with stakeholders. The role offers the opportunity to work more independently over time, with support from senior team members.
