Recruiting Operations Consultant

Daily tasks include collaborating with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Professional Services to scope and execute consulting engagements, as well as creating educational content such as courses and guides that clarify complex concepts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Ashby’s product and a passion for helping customers become proficient users. Strong communication skills are essential for conveying insights effectively. The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
