Mid-Market Implementation Specialist - EMEA

Ashby is seeking a Mid-Market Implementation Specialist to join their remote Professional Services team within the Customer Success organization. In this role, you will manage the implementation of Ashby’s solutions for mid-market and smaller enterprise clients, overseeing 15-20 active projects simultaneously, each lasting between 8 to 10 weeks. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing implementation plans to ensure a smooth customer experience and quick realization of value from the product. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading implementation and onboarding projects within high-growth B2B SaaS environments, demonstrating skills in project management, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication. Familiarity with complex SaaS systems, including understanding shared configurations and data models, is essential. While the position is primarily remote, occasional travel for customer engagements may be required, though it is limited to less than 10% of the time.
