Commercial Senior Legal Counsel

Axiom is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support a hyperscale data centre client on a long-term secondment, working remotely across the APAC and Middle East regions. The role involves advising on commercial, procurement, technology and corporate services matters, as well as drafting and negotiating agreements and helping manage issues linked to privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property and critical infrastructure. It also includes improving legal processes, templates and training, while helping build scalable procurement and compliance frameworks. This position would suit a qualified lawyer with strong commercial experience in a law firm or in-house environment who can give practical, business-focused advice in a fast-moving setting.
