Litigation Associate (Part-time)

Axiom is looking for a part-time Litigation Associate to work remotely for a boutique litigation firm, with the role set at three days a week. The position involves handling commercial disputes across areas such as contract, shareholder and partnership, director and fiduciary duty, and broader business litigation, from early case work through to resolution. Duties include drafting court documents, doing legal research, managing disclosure and evidence, supporting mediation and hearings, and working with clients, counsel, experts, and the court. It would suit a lawyer with 3 to 6 years’ post-admission commercial litigation experience, strong drafting and research skills, familiarity with NSW and Federal Court process, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
