Senior IT Support Engineer

The role involves managing multi-OS endpoint management across Windows, macOS, and Linux, requiring a blend of advanced technical support and cloud administration experience. Candidates should have practical knowledge of implementing AI workflows, maintaining communication platforms like Slack, managing ITSM processes with Jira, and adhering to ISO 27001 security standards. Responsibilities include overseeing cloud administration, managing Microsoft 365 services, and configuring Google Workspace and AWS services, along with monitoring service health and security alerts. Experience with Google Workspace is mandatory, while familiarity with Google Apps Script is a significant advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. This full-time position is remote, making it suitable for individuals with strong troubleshooting skills and a background in multi-platform hardware and software environments.
