Associate Attorney

Burnham Law is hiring an Associate Attorney in Colorado Springs to handle domestic relations matters, with some criminal defense work possible. The role covers case evaluation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, research, hearings, mediations, depositions, negotiation, and trial preparation, with a paralegal handling much of the administrative support. The firm wants an attorney with strong judgment and courtroom skills who can work closely with a team and manage cases from start to finish. Applicants need a JD from an accredited law school and an active Colorado law license.
