Rental Agent

Carwiz Armenia is seeking a full-time Rental Agent in Yerevan. The role involves providing customers with detailed information about car models and their features, managing the check-out and check-in processes, and completing necessary documentation. Agents will also drive vehicles for maintenance and ensure a high standard of customer service by addressing inquiries, taking bookings, and explaining rental terms. Responsibilities include inspecting returned vehicles for damage, logging mileage, and handling customer complaints or special requests. The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian, along with excellent customer service abilities and a valid driving license. Effective problem-solving and organizational skills are also essential. The job may involve working shifts, including weekends and nights, particularly at airport locations.
