Director, Utility Delivery & Coordination

Cologix is hiring a Director of Utility Delivery & Coordination to support energization timing across its data center portfolio. The role manages utility coordination for multiple development projects, builds and tracks delivery schedules, connects utility milestones with overall project plans, and works with internal teams, utilities, consultants, and contractors to keep work on schedule. It also involves spotting risks in permitting, engineering, procurement, and construction, then putting mitigation plans in place. This position should suit an experienced, motivated professional who can handle cross-functional coordination and is comfortable driving accountability in a fast-moving infrastructure environment.
