Technical Recruiter

Commit Offshore, part of a leading IT company based in Israel and the US, is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to enhance their team in Yerevan, Armenia. The role involves managing the full recruitment process for various technical positions, including Software Engineers and DevOps professionals. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and job boards, assessing their technical and cultural fit, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet client needs. The recruiter will work with an international talent pool across different time zones, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, particularly in international outstaffing or IT services. Familiarity with roles in cloud computing, DevOps, and AI/ML is advantageous. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is also required. This position is ideal for individuals who are adept at navigating global recruitment trends and sourcing talent from diverse regions.
