Recruitment Specialist

Stellux Partners is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Yerevan, Armenia. The role involves managing the entire hiring process, which includes collaborating with hiring managers to establish job requirements, creating and posting job descriptions, and sourcing candidates through various channels such as online platforms and networking. Daily tasks also encompass screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and guiding candidates throughout the selection process. The ideal candidate should have over two years of relevant experience and be adept at managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms is essential, along with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple positions simultaneously. Candidates must be proficient in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
