Technical Recruiter

Constructor is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to extending job offers, while acting as a brand ambassador for the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong self-motivation and thrive in dynamic environments, demonstrating a deep curiosity and technical fluency to engage effectively with engineering and product candidates. Experience in recruiting for roles related to AI and personalization is beneficial.
