AI Researcher

Continualresearch is seeking a full-time AI Researcher to join their team in New York City. In this role, you will focus on developing the core intelligence layer of autonomous multi-agent systems that discover, evaluate, and execute trading strategies. Daily tasks will involve designing experiments, improving system reliability, and creating evaluation frameworks for agent behavior. Candidates should have a strong background in AI, machine learning, statistics, or related technical fields, with at least two years of relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise. A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a PhD is preferred. The position requires proficiency in reading academic papers, forming opinions, and debugging complex empirical results.
