Solutions Engineer, Singapore

Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer based in Singapore to support their mission of enhancing telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. In this role, you will engage with customers to demonstrate the value of Cribl's products during the sales process, answer inquiries, and assist during proof of concept sessions. You will also document interesting use cases for blogs and product documentation. The position requires experience in logs, metrics, IT operations, or security, along with a background in sales engineering, professional services, or support. Strong written and spoken English skills are essential. This remote-first role involves collaboration across various time zones, and you may need to work outside standard hours occasionally. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving unique data challenges and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Up to 30% travel may be required.
