The role works with internal teams across the firm, uses conflicts systems and databases, supports matter intake, prepares waiver and ethics-wall materials, and helps update engagement letters and outside counsel records. It also involves answering attorney questions, reviewing client guidelines, and keeping up with relevant professional responsibility rules. This position is suited to someone with conflicts or ethics experience who can work collaboratively and is based remotely or from one of the listed offices.
