Evolution Studio AM is seeking a full-time Recruiter to enhance their HR team in Yerevan. The role involves managing the recruitment process for Game Presenters and Shufflers, which includes sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring candidates meet the company's quality standards. Daily tasks will include making calls to candidates, tracking their application status, and maintaining accurate records. The Recruiter will also conduct group interviews and participate in studio tours for potential hires. Building relationships with universities and other talent sources is essential, as is staying informed about company policies and news.
