Sales Associate, AI Enablement

About the Role AI is already a board-level priority for legal teams but most are still working out how to turn ambition into real operational change. Factor’s built a suite of AI Enablement offerings to support this need. It’s the fastest-growing segment of our business and on target to double in 2026. We’re hiring high-potential Sales Associates to join the first pods building this market.. This is a role for someone who wants a faster learning curve than a traditional entry-level sales path. You’ll learn consultative enterprise selling in a high-growth AI category, gain fluency in modern GTM motions, and develop expertise in Factor’s AI Enablement offerings, including our award-winning Sensemaker Academy. Salary-70,000-90,000 USD base plus commission
