FP&A Manager

Fandom is looking for an FP&A Manager to join their Financial Planning & Analysis team in a remote capacity. This role involves managing financial planning software and overseeing a Business Unit P&L while fostering collaboration across various departments. The successful candidate will support the financial planning process, including long-term strategy, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting, while also developing strong relationships with key stakeholders. The position requires a BA/BS degree in a quantitative field and at least seven years of experience in corporate finance and operational roles. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to influence across different levels of management are essential. The role also demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to navigate a dynamic work environment. Additionally, the candidate will engage with partners in the UK and Poland, highlighting the need for strong interpersonal skills.
