BUSINESS LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

FBT Gibbons is hiring a Business Litigation Associate for its Indianapolis office. The role involves handling business litigation work such as discovery, depositions, pleadings, motions, mediations, court appearances, and support on trials and arbitrations. The firm is looking for someone with 4 to 6 years of business litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to work well in a team. Indiana licensure is required, or the ability to obtain it promptly, and experience in the construction industry would be an advantage.
