Compensation & Analytics Partner

Fivetran is seeking a Compensation & Analytics Partner to work remotely from Costa Rica. This full-time position involves leading the development and execution of global compensation programs, focusing on quantitative analysis and compensation strategy. The role requires expertise in building complex compensation models, utilizing advanced spreadsheet techniques and coding frameworks. Candidates should be proficient in AI-assisted analytics, using platforms like Claude and ChatGPT for data analysis and automation of workflows. Collaboration with various departments, including Finance and Legal, is essential for equity program design and governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation analytics and experience with HR technology, particularly Workday and Carta for equity analytics. This position is suited for individuals who thrive in a technical environment and are passionate about leveraging data to drive compensation initiatives. Fluency in English is expected, given the nature of the role and the remote working arrangement.
