Compensation & Analytics Partner

Fivetran is seeking a Compensation & Analytics Partner to focus on global compensation programs, utilizing quantitative analysis and AI-assisted analytics. The role involves developing and executing compensation models, including salary bands and market pricing, while leveraging advanced spreadsheet techniques and coding frameworks. Daily tasks will include conducting exploratory analysis on workforce datasets, synthesizing compensation benchmarks, and automating data workflows using enterprise AI platforms like Claude and ChatGPT. The position requires collaboration with various departments, including Finance and Legal, to design and govern equity programs. Candidates should have a strong background in compensation strategy and data analytics, with experience in HR technology.
