Software Engineer, AI Platform

Fluency is hiring a full-time Software Engineer, AI Platform in San Francisco for an in-person role. The position focuses on building and running the core platform behind the company’s AI systems, including data pipelines, agent infrastructure, and the tooling needed to keep production jobs reliable, efficient, and easy to debug. The role also includes incident response and on-call support, along with working closely with AI engineers on new platform capabilities. It should suit a strong Python engineer with production pipeline experience, familiarity with orchestration and transformation tools, and comfort working with PostgreSQL and AWS infrastructure.
