Customer Success Consultant

We’re looking for a Customer Success Consultant who thrives on helping businesses grow and succeed using technology. 💡 What You’ll Do Guide new customers through onboarding and ensure a smooth setup experience Understand merchant needs and recommend the right Fygaro solutions Drive product adoption across features like payments, links, shops, and vPOS Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer performance and retention Handle customer inquiries across video call, chat, email, and WhatsApp with speed and clarity Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve workflows 🎯 What We’re Looking For 1–3 years in Customer Success, Support, or Consulting (SaaS or fintech is a plus) Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, and solution-oriented) Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients Proactive mindset — you don’t wait for problems, you prevent them Spanish & English proficiency required ⭐ Bonus Points Experience with payments, eCommerce, or POS systems Familiarity with tools like CRM, helpdesk, or chat platforms (e.g. Zendesk, HubSpot) Experience working with SMBs or entrepreneurs 🌎 Why Join Fygaro?
