Motion Designer

Higgsfield AI is hiring a Motion Designer in Almaty to create motion content for product marketing, social media, and brand campaigns. The role involves turning ideas and product concepts into polished animations, visual effects, and engaging short- and long-form assets, while working closely with creative, video, founder, and growth teams. It suits someone with strong taste in motion and visual storytelling, advanced skills in tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender, and experience with image and video GenAI tools. The team is fast-paced and values people who work quickly, take ownership, and care about high-quality creative work.

We’re looking for a Motion Designer who: - Has exceptional taste in motion, composition, and visual storytelling. - Can turn ideas, scripts, and concepts into polished, high-impact motion content. - Moves fast, iterates quickly, and thrives in a high-output creative environment. - Takes ownership of projects end-to-end and constantly raises the creative bar. - Understands pacing, transitions, rhythm, and attention-grabbing visuals for digital platforms. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON - Create motion graphics and visual assets for product marketing, social media, and brand campaigns. - Design high-quality animations, transitions, and visual effects for short-form and long-form content. - Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, video editors, founders, and growth teams. - Transform product features and concepts into visually engaging motion pieces. - Experiment with GenAI workflows to create innovative visual content faster and at higher quality. - Optimize creative assets for engagement across YouTube, Instagram, X and other social platforms. YOUR MUST HAVES - Strong experience with image and video GenAI tools. - Advanced skills in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar motion design software. - Strong understanding of typography, composition, animation principles, and visual storytelling. - Proven ability to deliver creative content end-to-end. - Sharp sense of visual and marketing culture — able to pitch ideas that hook. - Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement.
