Higgsfield AI is hiring a full-time Video Editor in Almaty to work on long-form YouTube content for product demos, explainers, educational pieces, and storytelling formats. The role involves turning rough footage, scripts, or screen recordings into finished videos, with added graphics, captions, b-roll, and sound to improve engagement and retention. The company wants someone with strong editing skills, experience using image and video GenAI tools, and a good grasp of pacing, storytelling, and marketing instincts. It should suit a fast-moving, self-directed editor who enjoys taking ownership and working closely with creative and growth teams.

We’re looking for a Video Editor who: - Has exceptional attention to detail and strong creative instincts. - Can take raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging long-form content. - Moves fast, iterates quickly, and thrives in a high-output environment. - Takes ownership of their work end-to-end and constantly raises the bar. - Understands pacing, storytelling, and retention, especially for YouTube. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON - Edit long-form YouTube videos (product demos, explainers, educational content, storytelling formats). - Craft compelling narratives through pacing, rhythm, and structure. - Add motion graphics, b-roll, captions, and sound design to maximize engagement. - Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, founders, and growth managers. - Turn rough ideas, scripts, or screen recordings into clean, high-quality final videos. - Optimize videos for YouTube retention, watch time, and audience engagement. YOUR MUST HAVES - Strong experience with image and video GenAI tools. - Solid editing skills in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. - Proven ability to deliver creative content end-to-end. - Sharp sense of visual and marketing culture — able to pitch ideas that hook. - High energy, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement.
