Human Resources Director

Hospice and Palliative Care of the Piedmont is looking for a Human Resources Director to join their leadership team in Greenwood, South Carolina. This role involves collaborating with the CEO and other executives to align human resources strategies with the organization's goals. Daily responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives, as well as managing employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources leadership, particularly in partnering with senior executives, and should possess comprehensive knowledge of talent management and employment law. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR Information Systems, and payroll administration is also required. A master's degree with a focus on human resources is preferred.
