Projektleiter TGA (m/w/d)

In this position you will take charge of the technical and organisational direction of building‑services projects for hospitals, laboratories and other health‑care facilities, overseeing all eight HOAI service phases while ensuring that deadlines, quality standards and cost targets are met. You will lead interdisciplinary planning teams that include mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire‑protection specialists, and you will interact directly with owners, users, project controllers and architects to keep the project aligned with their expectations. The role calls for a solid background in supply, building or energy engineering, typically demonstrated by a university degree in a related field and several years of experience managing complex building‑services projects. Proficiency with sophisticated technical installations, demanding client structures and the ability to steer budgets and schedules are essential. Familiarity with model‑based design, especially BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, as well as an understanding of digital planning workflows, relevant regulations (including hygiene and special‑building codes), and a keen interest in artificial‑intelligence‑enhanced processes are highly valued.
