Business Development Officer (only for candidates eligible under Tawteen Program)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is exclusively open to candidates eligible under the Tawteen Program. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and contributing to the overall growth of our organization in the Saudi Arabian market. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive company growth Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders Generate leads and convert them into profitable business partnerships Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies Contribute to the development of marketing materials and proposals Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market Strong understanding of the local business landscape and market trends Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools Outstanding communication and presentation abilities Analytical mindset with a focus on results and performance metrics Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) Eligibility under the Tawteen Program is mandatory Position is open for Saudi Citizens only.
