Acquisition Engine Manage performance marketing agencies; audit ad structures, challenge CPAs, and enforce continuous optimization across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Own the full funnel from ad click to checkout; run A/B tests to improve conversion rates. Identify and scale channels beyond paid social, including influencers, SEO, partnerships, and referrals. 2. Brand & Content Strategy Lead creative direction using performance data, not aesthetics. Guide the Creative Team to iterate on formats and messages that convert. Localize brand messaging for two distinct markets: Community-driven Lebanon & Expat, convenience-driven UAE 3. Retention & Lifetime Value Design and optimize lifecycle marketing flows (email/SMS: onboarding, engagement, win-back). Work closely with the Customer Experience team to analyze behavior, reduce churn, and increase LTV. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing. Background in eCommerce, DTC subscription, or SaaS. Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with CAC, LTV, ROAS, and cohort analysis. Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and lifecycle tools (Klaviyo/Mailchimp). Proven experience managing creative teams and external agencies.
