Locker room Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Locker Room Attendant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Locker Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our facility users while providing excellent customer service. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Assign lockers and provide towels, toiletries, and other amenities to facility users Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker room area, including regular inspections and restocking of supplies Ensure proper security of personal belongings and locker assignments Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks in the locker room area Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding towels and uniforms Maintain accurate records of locker assignments and lost and found items Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless customer experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for managing locker assignments and records Proficiency in cleaning and light maintenance tasks Ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Experience in locker room management a plus First aid and CPR certification preferred Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Competitive salary package Professional and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth within a reputed brand.
