Job Duties and Responsibilities Resolve incidents within SLA consistently Maintain network and system uptime targets Implement secure configurations and patching Document and improve network/system processes Support users with high satisfaction ratings Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux administration Experience supporting networks (LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN) Familiarity with ITIL or help-desk ticketing practices Strong troubleshooting and networking fundamentals Windows Server administration Linux administration Active Directory and Group Policy Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN) Switches/routers troubleshooting Firewall/VPN configuration Monitoring and ticketing tools Customer-focused communication Structured problem-solving Time management and prioritization
