Electrician A

Kaleida Health is seeking a full-time Electrician A to join their MFS Repairs & Maintenance department at Millard Fillmore Suburban in Williamsville, NY. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing various electrical systems, including power, communications, lighting, and control systems. Candidates must be able to troubleshoot and ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and safety regulations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a New York State Journeyman Electrician License and completion of a five-year apprenticeship program, which is preferred. Applicants should have at least eight years of experience in electrical work and be familiar with voltages up to 5 kV, with higher voltage experience being advantageous. The position requires the ability to follow both written and oral instructions. This is an onsite role with a standard work schedule from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and it does not require weekend or holiday work.
