Senior Solutions Consultant

The Senior Solutions Consultant at Legion will focus on configuring and showcasing the company's workforce management technology to potential clients. Daily tasks include supporting the Enterprise Sales team through pre-sales activities such as discovery meetings, software demonstrations, and Proof of Concept engagements. The role requires expertise in presenting software solutions to large organizations, particularly those with over 10,000 employees. Candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to engage effectively at all levels within a customer organization. A background in workforce management software pre-sales, along with at least five years of relevant experience, is essential. Familiarity with labor operations and industries such as Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality is preferred. The position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
