Headquartered in sunny Barcelona, we're now a team of 380+ people representing over 60 nationalities, united by a passion for transforming the future of short-term rentals. ⭐ Role Overview The Growth Enablement Team is the connective tissue of our Growth organization: we don't optimize a single funnel stage, we build the foundations that let every Growth squad (Acquisition, Activation & Retention, Sales, and Partnerships) move faster, measure better, and experiment with confidence. As a Senior Growth Data Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of marketing technology, data engineering, and growth analytics, spearheading Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), advanced data modeling, and campaign performance insights that directly shape multi-channel marketing investment and revenue growth. You'll own advanced analytics frameworks end-to-end, mentor peers, and set the standard for data quality across the growth org.
