Technical Due Diligence Manager- Data Centers, EMEA

Nebius is hiring a Technical Due Diligence Manager for its data center infrastructure team, working remotely across EMEA. The role focuses on assessing whether prospective sites can support AI infrastructure, leading technical reviews across areas such as geotechnical, environmental, civil, utility, and entitlement work, and helping create a consistent due diligence process and review framework. It is aimed at someone who can work with teams across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development, and who can help spot technical risks before the company commits.
