Sales Specialist

OVEM Sales Agency is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to join their team in Yerevan. The role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals, identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, and managing relationships with key accounts. Daily tasks include leading the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, conducting client meetings and negotiations, and preparing tailored proposals. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of sales experience. The position requires strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. A successful candidate will have a proven ability to close complex deals and maintain long-term client relationships. Fluency in conversational Armenian is also necessary. This full-time role is ideal for results-driven individuals who can work independently while managing multiple priorities.
