Bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor

PolicyMe is seeking a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Advisor to join their remote team and contribute to modernizing the insurance industry. In this role, you will assist customers in understanding their insurance needs, addressing complex inquiries, and guiding them through various products. Daily tasks include managing a high volume of inbound leads, which range from 300 to 350 each month, and utilizing HubSpot to track interactions and application progress. The position requires fluency in both French and English, as you will communicate with clients in both languages. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are eager to engage in discussions aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. You will not be responsible for prospecting, as all leads are pre-qualified and supported by a strong marketing team. The position reports to the Customer Success Manager and is suited for those looking to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry.
