Bilingual Quebec Licensed Insurance Advisor

PolicyMe is seeking a Bilingual Quebec Licensed Insurance Advisor to join their remote team. In this role, you will assist customers in understanding their insurance options, including life, critical illness, and health & dental coverage, using the company's digital platform. Daily tasks involve managing a high volume of inbound leads, estimated at 300-350 per month, and providing support through phone, SMS, and email. You will utilize HubSpot to track customer interactions and application progress while ensuring a high standard of service. The position requires fluency in both French and English to effectively communicate with clients.
