Senior Data Engineer (Azure)

Proxify AB is seeking a Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience in Microsoft Azure for a fully remote position. The role involves designing and developing comprehensive data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SQL, as well as managing ETL workflows to ensure data quality and performance. Candidates should have over five years of experience in data engineering, with advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning. A strong grasp of Azure technologies, such as Azure SQL Database and Data Factory, is essential, along with knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse architectures. Familiarity with data governance and security practices is also required. The ideal candidate will be located within the CET timezone, as applications from other time zones will not be considered. Additional skills in Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, and scripting languages like Python are advantageous.
