Garage Coatings Installer

FLOOR COATING INSTALLER – UP TO $20/HR Pay: Up to $20/hour based on skills and experience Location: Landover, MD and surrounding areas Company: Renuity Garage, a Renuity Company Renuity Garage is growing, and we’re looking for a Floor Coating Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working with their hands, and is willing to learn. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Prepare floors and surfaces for coating, including cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other prep work - Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards - Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment - Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area - Communicate professionally with customers and teammates - Work at least two weekends per month as needed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Valid driver's license - Comfortable using basic hand and power tools - Strong attention to detail and pride in your work - Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn - Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying materials - Professional communication and customer service skills - Ability to work safely and follow established processes WHAT WE OFFER - Up to $20/hour based on skills and experience - Paid training and opportunities for advancement - Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance - Paid time off and holidays - 401(k) with company match - Career path to grow within the installation team This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career in the skilled trades.
