Food Scientist

Rosabella is hiring a remote Food Scientist to lead the science behind its supplement products for women’s wellness, especially around menopause and beyond. The role focuses on developing formulations, checking and sourcing ingredients, and working with external co-manufacturers to bring products from idea to shelf-ready, stable, and compliant form. It also involves supporting quality, regulatory compliance, scientific backing for product claims, and stability testing. This position would suit someone with strong formulation and ingredient evaluation experience who can work closely with operations while helping the company scale new and existing products.
