This full-time position in Uri involves managing regional growth for Salonkee, a leading provider of salon software in Europe. Your daily tasks include proactively contacting salon owners via phone, in-person visits, and social media to identify their specific needs. You will demonstrate how the platform simplifies operations by reducing appointment no-shows and administrative workload through product demos. The role requires you to manage your entire sales pipeline independently, from initial outreach to final contract closure, while planning your weekly schedule with clear targets and support from a manager. The job does not mandate prior B2B sales experience, making it suitable for career changers. However, a background in customer-facing industries such as hospitality, beauty, retail, fitness, or events is highly valued. Candidates should be comfortable with digital tools and possess strong organizational skills. Essential personal attributes include being outgoing, resilient in the face of rejection, and eager to learn from feedback. Language proficiency is a key requirement, with the need for native or near-native German skills and good English capabilities.
