The programme consists of three developmental phases , each with clearly defined learning objectives, competency milestones, and performance reviews to ensure continuous growth throughout your journey. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant discipline Fresh graduates or candidates with up to three (3) years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply Strong academic achievements and active involvement in extracurricular activities will be an added advantage Good analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
