Software Developer AI Coding

This remote position involves customizing and extending an internal training application to support team onboarding and development. The developer will also create various internal tools and automations, translating rough requests from plant and office staff into functional solutions. A core part of the daily workflow is leveraging artificial intelligence to write and deploy code more efficiently. The role requires strong proficiency with AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and Grok, including the ability to prompt, verify, and correct generated output. Candidates must have at least three years of professional software development experience and a demonstrated history of rapidly mastering unfamiliar platforms and codebases. Technical expertise in APIs, web applications, and integrations is essential, with a preference for JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python. Applicants need excellent written English skills to ensure consistent and clear communication with the team. The working arrangement is fully remote, but candidates must be able to overlap with US Eastern Time for a minimum of four hours each day.
