Software Engineer, Growth

Suno is hiring a Software Engineer, Growth in New York City to help improve user acquisition, retention, and revenue through engineering work. The role involves taking projects from idea to launch, building across frontend, backend, and data systems, and running experiments with support from data science. It also focuses on creating systems that can handle growth-related campaigns and initiatives at scale. This position suits an experienced full-stack engineer with at least five years of experience, or equivalent expertise, who enjoys working closely with product, data, design, and marketing teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Growth Engineer to join our team of early generalists who are passionate about driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue through engineering. You’ll partner with our product, data, design and marketing teams on building features and tools that brings Suno to millions of users. Check out our Suno version of the job here: https://suno.com/s/fgke9OYJlf54RMKs WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own projects end-to-end, from identifying opportunities through shipping and measuring results. - Build and iterate across the full stack - frontend, backend, and data. - Design and run A/B experiments, working closely with data science to interpret results. - Create scalable and performant systems that support growth campaigns and initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 5+ years of experience or equivalent software engineering expertise. - Deep experience with full-stack development. - An ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies. - A bias toward shipping fast without sacrificing quality of code or user experience. - Experience applying AI tools to new workflows and use cases beyond writing code. - A love for music is a huge plus. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
