Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

SureBuy Holdings is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their expanding real estate company based in Yerevan. The role involves serving as the primary contact for potential clients, where the CEO will represent the company and build strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, converting leads into long-term clients, and developing sales strategies to meet targets. While prior sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory; however, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation abilities and a professional demeanor, as they will be the face of the company. A results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets are also important traits for this position. The working schedule is Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the role is full-time.
