Legal Counsel, EMEA

Tines is seeking a Legal Counsel for its EMEA operations, offering a fully remote position based in Ireland. The role involves leading negotiations for various customer agreements, including SaaS contracts, licensing terms, and NDAs, primarily across EMEA and the United States. The successful candidate will provide practical legal advice to support the global Sales organization and collaborate closely with teams in Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. This position requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage legal risks effectively while driving sales initiatives. Candidates should possess relevant legal qualifications and experience in commercial law, particularly in technology or SaaS environments. Fluency in English is essential for this role. The position is ideal for individuals who are entrepreneurial and commercially minded, looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced legal team. Occasional travel to Dublin and other Tines locations may be required.
