About the role
TRM Labs is seeking a GEOINT Analyst to join their Scam Disruption team, which focuses on combating various types of fraud, including romance scams and investment schemes. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for locating and mapping scam operations, identifying individuals involved, and analyzing their movements to create actionable intelligence for law enforcement. The position requires 3 to 5 years of relevant GEOINT experience, preferably from military, intelligence, law enforcement, or GEOINT/OSINT firms. Candidates should be adept at using both open-source and commercial tools, especially when classified resources are unavailable. Strong analytical skills are essential, particularly in linking and pattern analysis to connect disparate data sources. Clear communication skills are also necessary for articulating methods and findings effectively. This remote position is ideal for individuals who possess creative tactical thinking and can pivot from specific data points to a broader network perspective.
